Is there a contract?
Yes, there is a contract that will
need to be signed prior to service. We are willing
to make you feel comfortable with the contract that you
will sign and a Technical Advisor will work with you to
meet your needs. We are currently offering a

Phone with sign up.

How long until I
can receive service?
Service can be turned
around to you in a matter of weeks granted we receive all
signed forms and proper shipping information.
Remember after you signup we configure your phones for you,
so all it takes is for you to unpack and plug them in.
Can I choose any area code?
We are able to give you a number with almost any area code,
simply let us know which area code you would like either in
state or out of state and we would be more than happy to
supply it to you.
What
happens to my current number? I can't give customers a
new number.
We will simply have your current provider port your number,
so client can still dial the number that they are familiar
with. Learn more about

How do the phones sound?
The
phones are extremely clear. There is only a minimal
difference between the IP phones and regular landline
phones.
How reliable are the
phones?
The phones are reliable. As long as you have an
Internet connection, these phones will work. We can
help you along the way if you need any assistance. If

Can I
complete calls from VoIP to PSTN lines and vice versa?
Yes, all calls including local, long distance and
international can be made or received to/from PSTN lines.

What will I
need to receive service?
Internet.
We suggest High-Speed Broadband connection. Dial-up
can be used for VoIP if necessary, but we suggest using
broadband as it offers a higher bandwidth for increased
network
quality.
Is it
difficult to set up?
Not at all. Simply unpack your phone, plug it in and
with in minutes you will hear and dial tone and begin making
phone calls.
What kind of support will I receive?
You will be
assigned your personal Technical Advisor to assist you with
