iareaPHONE RETURNS
Defective phones are the
only form of returns available for either exchange of alternate item of
equal value or for same item. If an exchange is of greater value, purchaser
is required to pay for value prior to shipment of exchange. A
representative must be notified and an RMA must be issued within 15 days of
when you received the merchandise. Freight is non-refundable. You are
responsible for arranging shipping and will incur any costs.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you think that your
phone may be defective, please contact a representative so they may
troubleshoot before you ship merchandise. Please be sure to contact support
to determine whether your item(s) are defective, many times they are not.
Any returns that are unauthorized will be considered overgoods. Once a
technician has determined the phone may be defective they will issue you an
RMA. All defective returns will be tested, once the item has been confirmed
defective the exchange will be shipped.
EXCHANGES
You may return defective
phones for an exchange within 15 days of your invoice date if item(s) are in
original condition, including original packaging and if an approved RMA# is
issued. Freight is non-refundable. All products must be received at our
Warehouse within 10 days of issuing the RMA#. Items received after 10 days
will be refused. All RMA numbers must appear on the shipping labels –
please DO NOT mark on the outside of box.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
Shipping, handling,
freight charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost is not refundable for
undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless an error occurred on our
part. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling on all returns
including defective products. Returns sent COD will be REFUSED.
WRONG
ORDER
iareaPhone
is not responsible if you order the wrong product. Please make your
selections carefully and review all orders before submitting them. If you
have any questions knowledgeable representatives are available to assist
you.
OVERGOODS
Any phones that are
returned without being issued an RMA will be considered overgoods. Any
phones return without being authorized by a technician first will be deemed
overgoods. Phones that were shipment without following our procedures will
be considered overgoods. Phones returned that are not defective will be
considered overgoods. All overgoods will be returned to the customer and
the customer will be charged a $75 processing fee per shipment, plus any
shipping or other expenses incurred by iareaPhone.com. Funds must be
collected prior to shipment of overgood return otherwise iareaPhone.com
considers the item(s) forfeited and property of iareaPhone.com.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
All exchanges must be
arranged by customer and shipped via a traceable service, i.e. UPS, Fedex,
DHL. A tracking number must be issued to iareaPhone. If the merchandise is
lost in transit you are responsible for locating the merchandise and getting
it delivered to us.
REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
Exchanges will not be
shipped until the original item has been received, examined and accepted.
After the item has been approved and all components accounted for the
exchange item will be shipped.
LOST
SHIPMENTS
Returns should be
shipped insured and shipped by such carriers as UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc who
issue tracking numbers. iareaPhone assumes no liability for lost or
damaged return shipments. You incur risk of loss and will be responsible to
file any claims with the carrier. Your purchase must be pre-paid before
delivery – COD will be refused.
EXCLUSIONS
Not all products are
included within these return policies. These hold true for most of the
iareaPhones. |
